Provided in the embodiment of the present application are a conversion circuit and a conversion method, a radio frequency chip, a radio frequency transceiver and an electronic device. The present application relates to the technical field of radio frequency, and is used for solving the problem of how to meet the requirements of a radio frequency chip port for signal types and power ranges. The conversion circuit comprises a first variable attenuator, a first phase shifter, and a second variable attenuator; the first variable attenuator is coupled to a first differential terminal, and the second variable attenuator is coupled to a single-ended port; the first phase shifter is coupled between the first variable attenuator and the second variable attenuator; and the first phase shifter is used for phase shifting of a received signal by -90°. The conversion circuit further comprises a third variable attenuator, a second phase shifter and a fourth variable attenuator; the third variable attenuator is coupled to a second differential terminal, and the fourth variable attenuator is coupled to the single-ended port; the second phase shifter is coupled between the third variable attenuator and the fourth variable attenuator; and the second phase shifter is used for phase shifting of a received signal by 90°.
