Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of hot-melt welding, and particularly relates to an air-blowing thermal wedge and a heating method and a usage method thereof. The air-blowing thermal wedge comprises a thermal wedge body, wherein the thermal wedge body comprises a welding part and a heating part, the heating part is hollow to form a hot air cavity, and the hot air cavity is provided with an air inlet end and an air outlet end; and the welding part receives heat conducted by the hot air cavity, such that two materials to be welded and passing through a pressurizing part inlet of a hot air welding machine are welded in a hot-melt manner. The heating method uses the air-blowing thermal wedge and comprises the following steps: enabling heated air from the outside to enter the hot air cavity from the air inlet end and to be discharged by means of the air outlet end to form a thermal cycle; and in the cyclical operation process of hot air, enabling heat of the hot air to be conducted to the welding part of the air-blowing thermal wedge, such that the two materials to be welded are subjected to hot-melt welding by means of the welding part. According to the present invention, the welding heat is obtained by means of heat conduction, and the hot air is not directly blown to the materials, such that the heat output is concentrated, wrinkling deformation of the materials and the bright edge of the welding periphery are avoided, and the welding quality is high. The air-blowing thermal wedge is small in size, high in heat transfer and high in welding efficiency.
