Abstract:
A gasket placement mechanism for a rolled wire packing machine with packing heads located on a pressing plate on one side, a right-angle notched kitchen knife handle-shaped joint strip (7) is provided at the position between a passage left by an anti-setback disc (3) and a wire groove (4) of the pressing plate (1), the kitchen knife handle-shaped joint strip (7) has two joint strip openings which are parallel to the direction of the wire groove (4) and staggered in the for-and -aft direction, a first curved push rod (9b) and a second curved push rod (9a) which are both bent-up are arranged in parallel in the direction and position where a packing head (2) pushes towards the diagonal center of the pressing plate (1); and when the packing head (2) pushes towards the diagonal center up to the dead center position, the outer end portion of the first gasket (8b) has a circular arc shape, and the connection between the second gasket (8a) and the outer end portion of the third gasket is torn apart. The gasket placement mechanism for a wire rod packing machine with packing heads located on a pressing plate on one side has a good gasket placement effect, achieves mechanization and automation of gasket placement, and does not need to modify the whole set of the existing packing machine.
