Abstract:
An air conditioner free of compressor slugging comprising: a refrigerant circulation loop, wherein the refrigerant circulation loop consists of at least a compressor (3), a reversing valve (4), a first heat exchanger (5), a throttling device (6), a second heat exchanger (7), and a liquid storage tank (8) that are sequentially connected to each other; and an outdoor ambient temperature sensor, a compressor gas return pipe sensor (1), a bypass pipeline (2), and a control valve (10). One end of the bypass pipeline (2) is connected to a pipeline between the reversing valve (4) and the first heat exchanger (5), and the other end is connected to a pipeline between the first heat exchanger (5) and the throttling device (6). At least part of the bypass pipeline (2) is coiled around the liquid storage tank (8), or is located at a lower portion of the compressor (3). The control valve (10) is provided on the bypass pipeline (2). A control method for preventing compressor slugging comprising: comparing a measured actual outdoor ambient temperature T with an outdoor ambient temperature Tconfig configured by an air conditioning system so as to determine whether to open the control valve (10); and when the measured actual outdoor ambient temperature T is lower than the outdoor ambient temperature Tconfig, opening the control valve (10), such that part of a high-temperature refrigerant discharged from a gas discharging port of the compressor (3) enters the bypass pipeline (2) to preheat the compressor (3), thereby preventing slugging of the compressor (3).
