An air conditioner operation control method and apparatus based on a wearable device, and an air conditioner. The air conditioner operation control method based on the wearable device comprises receiving input of household personnel for the set state of the wearable device, the wearable device responding to the input of the set state, collecting and sending physiological parameters of the household personnel in the set state to an air conditioner; and when the physiological parameters are out of a physiological parameter threshold range, using the physiological parameter threshold range as a control target, and regulating the operation frequency of a compressor of the air conditioner, wherein the physiological parameter threshold range is set by the air conditioner, and is correspondingly matched with the set state. By means of the solution, the indoor environment is actively adjusted in a targeted manner according to the living state and the physiological parameters of the household personnel, and the comfort experience of the household personnel is improved.
