Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a multi-specification microscope linkage analysis sample table for a transmission electron microscope sample, the sample table comprising a unit body, an instrument compatible housing and an assembler, wherein the unit body bears and fixes a TEM grid; the instrument compatible housing has various specifications, with the shapes thereof being respectively adapted to the instruments used, and can fix the unit body so that the unit body is suitable for different instruments, thereby realizing linkage analysis of various instruments; and the assembler is provided with three fixing slots, which can directly fix the TEM grid, and also can fix the unit body and the instrument compatible housing. According to the present invention, compatibility with different instruments is realized by means of a modularized external structure design and on the basis of a TEM grid, and after the TEM grid is mounted in one step, the TEM grid can be used with multiple instruments in a linkage manner merely by means of replacing the corresponding instrument compatible housing. As a general sample table solution, the present invention is suitable for the whole process from transfer preparation to PLM observation, AFM characterization and SEM analysis of a two-dimensional material, thereby sufficiently enhancing the convenience of experiments and improving the experiment efficiency.
