Abstract:
An air conditioner (1) comprises: a casing (10) that is provided with an air passage (P1) having a suction port (21, 22) and an air outlet (23); a blower fan (F) that is disposed in the air passage (P1) and blows out the air sucked in therefrom from the air outlet (23); an irradiation unit (70) that is disposed in the casing (10) and emits ultraviolet rays; and a filter (31, 32, 33) that is disposed between the air outlet (23) and the irradiation unit (70) in the casing (10). An outlet grille (17) having a shielding structure for blocking direct ultraviolet rays from the irradiation unit (70) is provided at the air outlet (23) of the casing (10). Thus, the ultraviolet rays leaking from the air outlet (23) are attenuated.
