The invention relates to a device (3) for air-conditioning a vehicle seat (20) comprising an upholstery core (22) in order to provide support to a passenger, an upper air-distribution device (25) arranged on the front side (27) of the upholstery core (22) opposite the passenger in order to distribute air along the front side (27) of the upholstery core (22), and a lower air distribution device (32) which is arranged on the rear side (30) orientated away from the passenger in order to distribute air along the rear side (27) of the upholstery core (22). Said vehicle seat also comprises a connection device (35) which conducts air between the first and the second air distribution device (25, 32). According to the invention, each of the three devices (25, 32, 35) is provided with an elongate cavity (37) and at least one of said cavities (37) is provided with at least one support element (14), in the form of a wound spring, in the air-guiding cross-section.
