This air conditioning device is provided with: a heat medium circulation circuit (B) in which a pump (22) for pressurizing a heat medium which contains water or brine and which serves as a medium for transporting heat, a plurality of indoor heat exchangers (31a-31c) for exchanging heat between the heat medium and indoor air to be air conditioned, and a plurality of flow rate regulation devices (32a-32c) arranged corresponding to the indoor heat exchangers and regulating the flow rate of the heat medium flowing through the indoor heat exchangers, are connected through piping, and through which the heat medium is circulated; a heat source-side device for heating or cooling the heat medium to be sent to the indoor heat exchangers; and a control device for controlling equipment in the heat medium circulation circuit. The control device has: a determination processing section (212) for determining whether or not to cause the heat medium to flow through indoor heat exchanger having stopped the exchange of heat; a selection processing section (213) which, on the basis of the determination by the determination processing section, selects, from among the indoor heat exchangers having stopped the exchange of heat, a heat exchanger through which the heat medium is caused to flow; and an instruction processing section (214) for instructing the opening of a flow rate regulation device corresponding to the selected indoor heat exchanger.
