Abstract:
An air conditioning management control device (20) stores identification information for portable terminals that can be connected via a wide area network (40). When identification information for a new portable terminal requesting registration for connection via the wide area network (40) is obtained, the obtained identification information for the portable terminal is stored. When the request is determined to be a request for "connection confirmation" via the wide area network, then the identification information for the portable terminal of concern is deleted after a prescribed time period elapses.
