Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to facilitate the acquisition of operation information about an air conditioner. Each of a plurality of remote controllers (10A-10C) performs wireless communication with a terminal device (20) and with other remote controllers except said remote controller among the plurality of remote controllers (10A-10C). The terminal device (20) transmits, to any one of the plurality of remote controllers (10A-10C), a specific signal requesting information relating to the operation state of at least one air conditioner, designated by a user of the terminal device (20), among a plurality of air conditioners (1A-1C). The specific remote controller (10A), which has received the specific signal among the plurality of remote controllers (10A-10C), acquires specific information about at least one air conditioner via the remote controllers (10B, 10C) corresponding to the respective at least one air conditioner, and transmits, to the terminal device (20), the specific information about the at least one air conditioner.
