Abstract:
The present invention manages air appropriately. This air management device (1) comprises: a recovery unit (2) for recovering moisture in the air; a measurement unit (3) for measuring the oxidation/reduction potential of the moisture in the air recovered by the recovery unit (2); and a control unit (6) for determining whether the air is contaminated on the basis of whether the oxidation/reduction potential of the moisture in the air as measured by the measurement unit (3) is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold value. When the oxidation/reduction potential of the moisture in the air is greater than or equal to the predetermined threshold value and the air has been determined as being contaminated, the control unit (6) uses a reduction unit (4) to reduce the moisture in the air recovered by the recovery unit (2) to reduce the oxidation/reduction potential of the moisture in the air, thereby removing contaminants from the moisture in the air.
