Abstract:
The present invention comprises an infrared imaging element (2) that receives infrared light and captures heat images, an element temperature sensor (6) that detects the temperature of the infrared imaging element (2), an FPN memory (16) that stores FPN data for temperatures detected for the infrared imaging element (2), a frame memory (8) that stores frame data for a plurality of heat images captured by the infrared imaging element (2) during a fixed period, and an FPN data generation unit (14) that, upon determining on the basis of a plurality of pieces of frame data stored at the frame memory (8) that an imaging target has not moved, acquires from the FPN memory (16) the FPN data that corresponds to the temperature of the infrared imaging element (2) at the time the frame data was acquired, performs averaging processing of an average value AF for the plurality of pieces of frame data and the acquired FPN data, and regenerates the FPN data. The present invention acquires FPN data without a mechanical shutter.
