Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/014110
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the efficiency of collection of particularly fine particles without an increase in pressure loss, and to deodorize or sterilize air in a space. This air purification device comprises: a flow passage through which air circulates; an electric dust collection unit (10) that is disposed in the flow passage and that includes a discharge electrode having a body unit and a corona discharge unit for corona discharge which protrudes from the body unit, and a dust collection electrode disposed opposing the discharge electrode; an ozone removal unit (14) that is disposed in the flow passage, and that is capable of removing ozone included in the circulating air; and a control unit (11) that switches between a first mode in which air from which ozone has been removed is supplied from a downstream section of the flow passage to the outside, and a second mode in which air including ozone is supplied from the downstream section of the flow passage to the outside.
