Abstract:
Provided is an ethylene–vinyl alcohol copolymer composition having suppressed coloration and containing an ethylene–vinyl alcohol copolymer (A), an antioxidant (B), and a sorbic acid ester (C). The sorbic acid ester (C) content is 0.00001–10 ppm per weight of ethylene–vinyl alcohol copolymer composition. The weight content ratio of the antioxidant (B) to the sorbic acid ester (C) content (antioxidant (B))/(sorbic acid ester (C)) is 500–1,000,000.
