Abstract:
Disclosed are an aligned organic-inorganic composite thermoelectric material and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic-inorganic composite thermoelectric material comprises: an organic matrix comprising an organic conductor; and an inorganic thermoelectric part comprising a nano-material having one or more selected from the group consisting of a chalcogen element and a chalcogenide and dispersed in the organic matrix, wherein the nano-material can be aligned. The organic-inorganic complex thermoelectric material of the present invention has the advantages of low cost and excellent thermoelectric properties through a complexation of aligned inorganic thermoelectric materials and organic thermoelectric materials.
