Abstract:
An all biomass, fully degradable material, characterized by the following raw materials and amounts thereof on the basis of weight percentages: 40-50% modified polylactic acid, 10-30% plant fiber, 10-30% plant starch, 5-10% plasticizer, 1-5% antioxidant, and 1-5% filler. A preparation method therefor is also disclosed. The raw materials used are all decomposable natural materials having a wide range of sources and relatively low prices. It has ordinary mechanical properties and relatively good heat resistance, is a typical alternative material that is completely biodegradable, and has good biocompatibility and bioabsorbability. The biodegradation rate of the all biomass, fully degradable material has been significantly improved, and the bending strength and impact strength thereof are relatively good.
