Abstract:
A completely bio-based material, which comprises the following constituent raw materials in percentages by weight: 40-60% of starch, 20-30% of polylactic acid, 10-20% of a degradable high polymer material and 10-20% of modified cellulose. A method for preparing the completely bio-based material comprises: proportionately weighing starch, polylactic acid, a degradable high polymer material and modified cellulose, then blending same, putting same into a granulator for granulation to obtain a master batch, and finally extruding the master batch by using a twin-screw extruder to obtain a completely bio-based material. The completely bio-based material can be used for preparing plastic products, and has the characteristics of being easy to degrade and environmentally friendly.
