Abstract:
An all-suture anchor and an anchor pulling and shaping kit, relating to the technical field of medical instruments. The all-suture anchor comprises a suture anchor body (100) and a pulling suture (200), wherein the suture anchor body (100) is tubular, and two ends of the suture anchor body (100) in the axial direction of the suture anchor body (100) are respectively provided with a first port (110) and a second port (120); a first through-hole (130) is provided on the side wall of the suture anchor body (100) close to the first port (110), a fixed end of the pulling suture (200) enters the suture anchor body (100) from the first port (110) and passes through from the first through-hole (130), and the fixed end of the pulling suture (200) is fixedly provided on the suture anchor body (100). By using the structure in which one part of the pulling suture (200) is located in the inner cavity of the suture anchor body (100) and the other part is located on the periphery of the suture anchor body (100), when the pulling suture (200) is pulled, the suture anchor body (100) can be pressed to bend by itself to form a plugging structure having a large deformation amount of tangential expansion, greatly improving the fixing effect of the suture anchor body (100) in a spongy bone.
