Abstract:
A workstation and method for automatically gluing and palletizing flexible long-strip products. The workstation for automatically gluing and palletizing flexible long-strip products comprises a glue application device (3), a conveying device (1) that is disposed on one side of the glue application device (3) and that conveys pallets (7), and a suction device (4) that is disposed above the conveying device (1). The glue application device (3) comprises a conveying belt (32). The conveying belt (32) is used for conveying long-strip products (6) that have undergone glue application, the surface on which glue is applied facing upwards. One end of the conveying belt (32) faces towards the conveying device (1) to form a discharging end (321). The conveying device (1) drives the pallets (7) to move intermittently corresponding to the discharging end (321) such that the long-strip products (6) can be loaded at intervals on the pallets (7). The suction device (4) comprises a suction disc (41) and a moving mechanism (42) connected to the suction disc (41). The suction disc (41) is located on one side of the discharging end (321) of the conveyor belt (32). The conveyor belt (32) conveys the long-strip products (6) until one end of the long-strip products (6) is suctioned on the suction disc (41). The moving mechanism (42) drives the suction disc (41) to drag the long-strip products (6) onto the pallets (7). The present invention has a high production efficiency, reduces labor costs, and achieves automatic production.
