Abstract:
An aluminum profile connection member (2) and a machining method therefor. The aluminum profile connection member (2) is an integrally formed member and comprises a connection member body (21). The connection member body (21) is provided with an X-axis insertion member (22), a Y-axis insertion member (23), and a Z-axis insertion member (24) respectively. The X-axis insertion member (22) is in sliding insertion engagement with a first X-axis profile recess (31a) of an X-axis aluminum profile (11). The Y-axis insertion member (23) is in sliding insertion engagement with a Y-axis profile recess (32) of a Y-axis aluminum profile (12). The Z-axis insertion member (24) is in sliding insertion engagement with a Z-axis profile recess (33) of a Z-axis aluminum profile (13). Moreover, the connection member body (21) provided with an X-axis locking insertion member (25) provided in parallel with the X-axis insertion member (22). The X-axis locking insertion member (25) is in sliding insertion engagement with a second X-axis profile recess (31b) of the X-axis aluminum profile (11). The second X-axis profile recess (31b) is arranged to be parallel to the first X-axis profile recess (31a). The aluminum profile connection member (2) features a simple structure, easy machining, and quick and convenient installation, and forms an installation connection structure having parallel dual X-axis sliding insertion engagement, Y-axis sliding insertion engagement, and Z-axis sliding insertion engagement, and thus is stable and reliable and has high strength.
