Abstract:
A high-strength aluminum profile (1), comprising a first X-Y axis aluminum profile frame (1a) and a second X-Y axis aluminum profile frame (1b), wherein four respective X-Y axis frame corners (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) of the first X-Y axis aluminum profile frame (1a) and the second X-Y axis aluminum profile frame (1b) are correspondingly flush with one another, and the four X-Y axis frame corners (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) are respectively mounted and connected to end portions of Z-axis aluminum profiles (13); side faces of the X-Y axis aluminum profile frames (1a, 1b) and side faces of the Z-axis aluminum profiles (13) are respectively provided with profile grooves; and each of the four X-Y axis frame corners (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) and the end portion of each Z-axis aluminum profile (13) respectively correspond to one three-axis mounting portion (40). Each three-axis mounting portion (40) comprises an X-axis profile groove (31a), a Y-axis profile groove (32) and a Z-axis profile groove (33) respectively located at end portions of the three-axis mounting portion, wherein a three-axis connector is respectively in sliding insertion fit with the X-axis profile groove (31a), the Y-axis profile groove (32) and the Z-axis profile groove (33); and the three-axis connector also comprises a locking portion in sliding insertion fit with the profile grooves. By means of the scheme, the safety and strength of an aluminum profile is markedly improved, and the mounting and disassembly procedures are obviously simplified.
