An amplifier (1) comprises: a first transistor (M1); a second transistor (M2) disposed adjacent to the first transistor in a plan view; first wiring (31) disposed around the first and second transistors in a plan view; and second wiring (41) disposed in a direction away from the first and second transistors than is the first wiring. The thickness of the second wiring is greater than that of the first wiring.
