An analog-digital conversion circuit (ADC1) is provided with: a capacitor (C1); a charge/discharge control unit (6), which has the capacitor (C1) charged with charges equivalent to an input current of a first period, and which has charges equivalent to an input current of a second period discharged from the capacitor (C1); and a digital conversion unit (5) that converts the charge quantity of the capacitor (C1) into digital signals.
