Abstract:
The present invention reduces the circuit size of a circuit that performs corrections. This analog-to-digital converter comprises an analog-to-digital conversion circuit, a correction value table, and a correction unit. In the analog-to-digital converter, the analog-to-digital conversion circuit converts an analog signal into a digital signal. In the correction value table, a correction value for correcting a non-linearity error of the analog-to-digital conversion circuit is held in association with the value of the digital signal. The correction unit uses the correction value to correct the digital signal.
