Abstract:
An analysis chip according to the present invention is provided with: a substrate main body having multiple reaction sections onto which a selectively bonding substance capable of bonding to an analyte selectively is immobilized; a corner section in which different lines or curves intersect each other on a cross section that corresponds to a plane passing through a reaction-section-provided surface of the substrate main body; partitioning sections which are formed by subjecting the reaction section-provided surface of the substrate main body to a water-repellent treatment and which can partition multiple reaction sections in the inside of the outer periphery of the aforementioned surface; and a connection section which has water repellency and connects some of the partitioning sections to the corner section.
