On the basis of a probability distribution from probability theory, the control unit creates second series data, most similar to the first series data, of the logical total value of unit sections where there are no microparticles, the logical total value of unit sections where there are single microparticles and the logical total value of unit sections where there are 2 to n adjacent microparticles. The control unit (9) generates a count value of microparticles in the reaction area on the basis of the logical total value of the unit sections where single particles are present and the logical total value of unit sections where there are 2 to n adjacent microparticles.
