Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an anchor hole formation method and a diameter expanding device capable of optimizing centrifugal force when grinding an expanded diameter section by moving cutting edge parts in the radial direction using centrifugal force. [Solution] An anchor hole (1) formation method for a post-construction anchor (100), wherein, after inserting a diameter-expanding drill bit (20) into a pilot hole (3) bored in a concrete anchoring body (2), the diameter-expanding drill bit (20) is rotated to move the cutting edge parts (31) of the diameter-expanding drill bit (20) in the radial direction using centrifugal force while grinding a portion of the pilot hole (3) to form an expanded diameter section (4). The minimum centrifugal force applied for grinding the expanded diameter section (4) is 0.75 N, preferably 1.1 N.
