Abstract:
An anchoring device for a heart valve, comprising a ventricular section (1). The ventricular section (1) comprises an anchoring section (11) and a grabbing section (12); the anchoring section (11) is in the shape of a spiral coil; the curvature radius of the spiral coil stays unchanged; the line spacings of the spiral coil are the same; and the anchoring device does not comprise an atrial section. The anchoring device is made of an elastic material. The design that the valve is separated from the anchoring device is used, such that the radial dimension of a delivery sheath of a delivery system can be reduced while maintaining the anchoring effect. When the anchoring device is released, the grabbing section (12) can automatically grab a native valve leaflet or chordae tendineae, an anchoring ring structure in the prior art is changed, no guide wire is required, the anchoring section (11) can automatically surround the native valve leaflet, a delivery device is simplified, delivery steps are simplified; moreover, the anchoring effect is good, and the shape of a valve prosthesis is adapted.
