An oral health management system for adjusting an electric toothbrush on the basis of artificial intelligence image recognition. The system comprises: a smart electric toothbrush (1) and a server (2), wherein the smart electric toothbrush (1) comprises an image acquisition module (101), an image determination module (102), a first communication module (103), a positioning module (104), a main control module (105), an electric motor driving module (106) and a speech playing module (107); and the server (2) comprises a recognition module (201) and a second communication module (202). A parameter determination module (108) is further comprised and is used for determining, according to a recognition result, tooth cleaning parameters corresponding to different oral areas, and the parameter determination module (108) is arranged on the smart electric toothbrush (1) or on the server (2). By means of acquiring an oral image of a user and performing recognition and analysis, tooth cleaning parameters are selected according to recognition and analysis results, and a targeted oral cleaning service is provided for the user, thereby improving the cleaning effect of a smart electric toothbrush, and thus improving the user experience.
