Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anhydrous fiber dyeing method for a mixed fluid medium. A supercritical carbon dioxide fluid medium and a certain percentage of steam under a certain condition are mixed to form the mixed fluid medium, so that the anhydrous fiber dyeing effect of natural fibers is improved. According to a technique of the present invention, by means of a fluid medium mixing method, a hydrophobic supercritical carbon dioxide fluid medium can be effectively modified, and the polarity of the medium is improved, so that the solubility of a polar dye can be improved under the dyeing condition, and the fibers can be expanded. Therefore, by means of the technique of the present invention, the dyeability and dying behavior of hydrophilic fibers can be remarkably improved in supercritical carbon dioxide fluid. The method is simple in process, convenient to operate, and low in energy consumption, the consumption of a lot of water resources and pollutant emission in a conventional process are avoided, and the method is green, ecological, environmentally friendly, and efficient.
