Abstract:
In an animal welfare management assistance system 10, communication is performed with a terminal of each of a series of operators, in relation to the production to sale of chicken eggs. Information of operations carried out in accordance with animal welfare regulations at the operators is acquired from the terminals and managed. In the sale of chicken eggs, determination is made, by verifying the information of the operations, that management in accordance with the animal welfare regulations has been conducted. A certificate is issued in accordance with the result of the determination. Of the fees collected from the sale of chicken eggs to which a certificate has been granted, the proportion corresponding to a degree of contribution to management in accordance with the animal welfare regulations is returned to the operators that performed the management.
