Abstract:
Provided is an anisotropic light diffusion film that increases the uniformity of the strength of diffused light in a light diffusion angle region, and furthermore effectively expands the light diffusion angle region. The anisotropic light diffusion film has, in sequence from the bottom in the direction of film thickness, a first louver structure region and a second louver structure region resulting from a plurality of plate-shaped regions having differing refractive indices being alternately disposed in parallel along any given first direction along the film plane, wherein the anisotropic light diffusion film has an overlapping louver structure region at which the upper end of the first louver structure region and the lower end of the second louver structure region overlap each other.
