Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of metal material surface treatment, in particular to an anodic oxidation film forming method for an aluminum alloy. The method comprises the following steps: basket unloading and upper discharging – degreasing – water washing - alkali washing - water washing – neutralization - water washing - anodic oxidation - water washing - hole sealing - water washing - and lower discharging. During the anodic oxidation process, the solution in an anode tank is a mixed solution containing sulfuric acid and Al3+, with the concentration of H2SO4 being 150-170 g/L, and the concentration of Al3+ being less than or equal to 18 g/L; during the hole sealing process, the content of Ni2+ in a hole sealing tank is 0.9-1.1 g/L, and the pH of the solution in the hole sealing tank is 5.4-5.6. The aluminum alloy photovoltaic profile anodic oxide film is put into a hole sealing tank solution for hole sealing; the aluminum alloy photovoltaic profile anodic oxide film, which has been subjected to hole sealing, is then put into a tap water tank for cleaning; and the cleaned aluminum alloy photovoltaic profile anodic oxide film is then put into a heated deionized water tank for cleaning, such that the advantages of two hole sealing processes of high-temperature hole sealing and low-temperature hole sealing are combined.
