Provided in the present application are an antenna assembly and a wearable device. The antenna assembly comprises a circuit board, an antenna, and a metal sheet, wherein the circuit board is provided with a feed source; the antenna comprises a first branch, which is provided on the circuit board and is connected to the feed source; the metal sheet and the circuit board are arranged at an interval, and the metal sheet is located at the side of the circuit board that is provided with the first branch; the metal sheet and the first branch are arranged in such a way that a gap is formed therebetween, such that the metal sheet and the first branch can be coupled; and a projection of the first branch on the metal sheet is located in the metal sheet in a first direction. In the antenna assembly and the wearable device that are provided in the embodiments of the present application, the metal sheet is arranged at the side of the circuit board that is provided with the first branch, and the metal sheet and the first branch are arranged in such a way that a gap is formed therebetween, such that the metal sheet and the first branch can be coupled; and the projection of the first branch on the metal sheet is located in the metal sheet, so that the aim of extending the first branch is achieved, thereby achieving the technical effect of improving the antenna performance.
