Abstract:
Appearance detection equipment (10), relating to the field of batteries. The appearance detection equipment (10) comprises a conveying mechanism (100), a rolling device (200), a detection device (300), and a screening device (400). The conveying mechanism (100) is used for conveying a workpiece to a rolling station, a detection station, and a screening station in sequence. The rolling device (200) is located at the rolling station, and the rolling device (200) is used for rolling the workpiece. The detection device (300) is located at the detection station, the detection device (300) comprises a first detection mechanism (310), the first detection mechanism (310) comprises a first pickup assembly (311) and a first detection assembly (312), and the first pickup assembly (311) is used for keeping horizontally picking up the workpiece to a detection position. The first detection assembly (312) is used for detecting the appearance of the workpiece. The screening device (400) is located at the screening station, and the screening device (400) is used for screening the workpiece according to a detection result of the detection device (300). The rolling device (200) of the appearance detection equipment (10) can roll the workpiece, so as to avoid the situation that the detection effect is affected due to the curling of the workpiece, the first pickup assembly (311) keeps horizontally picking up the workpiece to prevent the workpiece from being rotated, and automatic detection of the appearance of the workpiece is achieved by means of the first detection assembly (312).
