Abstract:
This antenna device has: a conductive ground pattern (3, 53, 73, 83, 113) formed at a planar-shaped substrate (2, 52, 72, 82, 112); and a linear antenna element (5, 8, 56, 58, 75, 88, 92, 96, 100, 117) electrically connected to the ground pattern. The antenna element has a base end, a tip end, and an electricity supply point. The base end of the antenna element is connected to the end (3a, 3b) of the ground pattern in a manner so as to separate from the ground pattern parallel to the substrate. An auxiliary ground pattern (10, 11, 22, 23, 32, 33, 42, 43, 60-63, 77, 78, 90, 91, 94, 95, 98, 99, 102, 103, 119) that has the same electrical potential as the ground pattern along the side including the end is provided between the antenna element and the ground pattern on the substrate.
