Abstract:

An antenna package according to embodiments of the present invention comprises: a printed circuit board; a rear surface antenna pattern disposed in an upper portion of the printed circuit board; and a front surface antenna pattern disposed toward the lower surface of the printed circuit board. The rear surface antenna pattern and the front surface antenna pattern can be configured as a package through the printed circuit board to improve radiation coverage and reliability.
