The present application relates to the technical field of communications. Provided are an antenna, a radar, and a terminal, which aim to solve the difficulty in designing a high-gain circularly polarized antenna array. The antenna provided in the present application comprises a waveguide structure, a radiation unit and a microstrip structure, wherein the waveguide structure has a first slot and a second slot, and the length direction of the first slot is parallel to the length direction of the second slot; the microstrip structure may comprise a first microstrip line and a second microstrip line, and a first feed portion of the first microstrip line and a second feed portion of the second microstrip line are arranged orthogonally; the first microstrip line is coupled to the first slot, and the first feed portion is electrically connected to the radiation unit; and the second microstrip line is coupled to the second slot, and the second feed portion is electrically connected to the radiation unit. In the antenna provided in the present application, the length direction of a first slot is the same as that of a second slot, and a first feed portion and a second feed portion are arranged orthogonally, such that a radiation unit can generate circularly polarized waves, and thus the difficulty in designing a circularly polarized antenna can be reduced, thereby increasing the gain of the circularly polarized antenna.
