Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an anti-corrosion air preheater capable of slowing down dust accumulation. The anti-corrosion air preheater comprises a housing, wherein an air inlet is fixedly arranged on a side wall of the housing, an air outlet is fixedly arranged on the side of the housing away from the air inlet, a flue gas through pipe is fixedly arranged on an inner side wall of the housing, a rotary assembly is arranged on an outer side wall of the flue gas through pipe, and a flue gas intake box is fixedly arranged on the top of the housing. In the present invention, a gas pressure plate is pushed by the flue gas pressure, so that the gas pressure plate is lowered; after the gas pressure plate is lowered, a rotary blade is rotated under the flowing effect of flue gas, so that a movable rod is rotated, and a scraper plate is then rotated; and when the scraper plate is rotated, dust that has accumulated on the top of a filter plate is cleared, so that the situation in which a large amount of flue gas and dust enter same and cause an internal blockage is effectively avoided, the filter plate is prevented from being blocked, the cleanliness of the device is effectively improved, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
