Abstract:
An anti-failure float switch, comprising an outer shell (1), a micro switch (2), a stroke control slot (3), a guide rod (4), a limiting cover (5), an upper water level float ball (6), and a lower water level float ball (7). The outer shell (1) is provided therein with the micro switch (2); the surface of the outer shell (1) is provided with the stroke control slot (3); one end of the guide rod (4) is provided in the stroke control slot (3), and the other end thereof is coaxially fixed with the upper water level float ball (6) and the lower water level float ball (7); and the limiting cover (5) is provided between the outer shell (1) and the guide rod (4). By means of the approach, the float switch replaces the existing movable float ball with the fixed upper water level float ball (6) and lower water level float ball (7) to achieve automatic control of the water level, and a corrugated pipe (504) is added to better solve the problem in the prior art that blocking and failure easily occur, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the float switch.
