Abstract:
An intelligent control and fault self-diagnosable detachable jet pump, comprising a housing (1), a jet pump body (2), a drive motor (3), a detachable terminal box (4), and a self-diagnosis circuit. The jet pump body (2) and the drive motor (3) are provided in the housing (1); a jet device (6), a guide plate (7), and an impeller (8) are coaxially provided in the jet pump body (2); the impeller ( 8) is coaxially connected to the drive motor (3); the detachable terminal box (4) is fixed on the surface of the housing (1) by means of screws and a locking mechanism; and the self-diagnosis circuit is provided in the detachable terminal box (4) and is electrically connected to the drive motor (3). Regarding the problems in the prior art such as lacking of fault diagnosis capability, a self-diagnosis circuit for quick and intuitive detection of pump faults is added, and moreover, the heat dissipation performance and working efficiency of the pump are optimized, thereby greatly prolonging the service life of the pump and reducing the subsequent maintenance costs.
