Abstract:
Provided are an anti-floating fiber agent and a preparation method therefor, the anti-floating fiber agent being PB-1-g-MAH. Also provided are an anti-floating fiber polypropylene reinforced composite material and a preparation method therefor. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-90 parts of polypropylene, 20-50 parts of glass fibers, 5-15 parts of the anti-floating fiber agent and 0.2-0.6 parts of an antioxidant, the polypropylene including polypropylene A, the melt flow rate of polypropylene A at 230°C and 2.16kg being 1000-1500g / 10 minutes. The use of polypropylene A and the anti-floating fiber agent allows for better glass fiber wrapping and infiltration, to achieve a good anti-floating fiber appearance effect.
