Abstract:
A compatibilizer and a preparation method therefor, and a glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material using the compatibilizer and a preparation method therefor. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-90 parts of polypropylene, 20-50 parts of glass fibers, 5-15 parts of the compatibilizer and 0.2-0.6 parts of an antioxidant, the polypropylene including polypropylene A, the melt flow rate of polypropylene A at 230°C and 2.16kg being 800-1800g / 10 minutes. The use of polypropylene A and the specific compatibilizer allows for better glass fiber wrapping and infiltration, to achieve a good anti-floating fiber appearance effect.
