Abstract:
Provided is an anti-fouling coating material composition which retains, in the seawater over a long period of time, a stable coating film dissolution rate, suffers no coating film abnormalities, such as cracking, and can retain long term anti-fouling performance against slime in particular. The present invention provides an anti-fouling coating material composition which contains a copolymer A, a polymer B and an anti-fouling agent D. The copolymer A is a copolymer of (a) a monomer represented by general formula (1) and (b) an ethylenically unsaturated monomer other than the monomer (a). The monomer (a) includes a compound in which n in general formula (1) is 2 or more. The polymer B is a polymer of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (b) that includes one or more types of monomer (b1) for which the common logarithm logP of the n-octanol/water partition coefficient P is 0.8 or less.
