Abstract:
This beverage extractor (A) does not have a spout, and the topmost part of a bowl-shaped extraction container (a) is formed to warp back toward the outside, thus allowing tea to be poured from the entire circumference thereof. A lid (b) is fitted to a tapered part (a-1) of an inner wall of the extraction container, and the lid is prevented from coming out by providing a raised bulging part (a-2-2) bulging slightly in the center direction on an inner wall between a fitting part and an opening topmost part. Since there is no step on the inner surface, fine recesses/protrusions provided to the entire circumferential side surface of the lid serve as a flow path during tea discharge. When the lid is fitted to the inner side of the extraction container and the beverage extractor is to be used, a warped-back portion of the opening topmost part of the container is the handle for holding the container, and at the same time the palm contacts the lid and presses a knob (b-1), which facilitates usage with one hand. Since there is no step on the flow path, used tea leaves etc. can be easily discharged. This structure makes it possible to eliminate the spout, handle, and tea strainer from a conventional beverage extractor, and thus usage and cleaning after usage are simple, and not much storage space is taken.
