Abstract:
Provided are an anti-human B7-H3 monoclonal antibody and an application thereof. Specifically, provided is a novel monoclonal antibody targeting B7-H3, especially a single-chain antibody. Also provided is a method for preparing the monoclonal antibody, a fusion protein comprising the antibody, a corresponding encoding polynucleotide, a vector, and a host cell. The monoclonal antibody in the present invention can specifically bind a B7-H3 antigen, has high affinity and has activity such as anti-tumor.
