Abstract:
Disclosed is an anti-norovirus antibody that reacts with noroviruses of many genotypes and makes it possible to collectively detect noroviruses. The anti-norovirus antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof performs an antigen-antibody reaction with individual peptides comprising the amino acid sequences indicated in each of SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2. The present invention provides: a novel anti-norovirus antibody that binds widely to noroviruses and makes it possible to widely detect human noroviruses specifically and with high sensitivity; and a norovirus immunoassay method and a norovirus immunoassay tool in which the anti-norovirus antibody is used.
