Abstract:
An anti-reverse device of a vascular clip applier, which is provided with a reciprocating rod capable of reciprocating from front to rear in the middle of a casing (10); a grip (31) is pivotally connected to the casing (10), and link rods (32, 33) are pivotally connected between the grip (31) and the reciprocating rod; movable grooves (112, 122) are provided at a top side of the casing (10), and ratchet racks (113, 123) are provided on a side wall of the movable grooves (112,122), while cams (114, 124) are formed within the movable grooves (112, 122); a slider (41) is fixedly provided on the reciprocating rod, an extension arm (43) capable of elastically swinging laterally is provided extending from the slider (41), and the extension arm (43) is provided with a sliding rod (433) and a ratchet block (431) that extends into the movable grooves (112, 122); when the reciprocating rod reciprocates to cause the sliding rod (433) to circulate about the cams (114, 124), the ratchet block (431) first meshes on the ratchet racks (113,123) and slides in one direction, and then withdraws from the ratchet racks (113, 123); in addition to preventing the reversal of the reciprocating rod when reciprocating, the present invention is simple to construct and easy to assemble.
