Title:
ANTI-TIM-3 ANTIGEN ANTIBODY OR ANTIBODY DERIVATIVE, AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/286854
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problems of: developing an antibody or an antibody derivative having an enhanced function targeting a Tim-3 antigen, or more specifically, an antibody, etc., having an enhanced immunosuppressive signal removal activity; and a cancer treatment composition including such an antibody, etc. [Solution] The present invention has shown that the problem can be solved upon finding, inter alia, an antibody that includes a heavy/light-chain complementarity-determining region having a specific amino acid sequence, exhibits binding properties with respect to a Tim-3 antigen, and activates T-cells having toxicity against cancer cells.
